I am a wife to an amazing man, a labor and delivery/postpartum registered nurse, a baby sleep and well-being specialist, and a mama! I have a love for travel and the outdoors, but my passion is to assist other lovely mamas from pregnancy and delivery, to at-home life with a newborn.
I strongly believe that the health and well-being of mama and babe are inter-connected. My education and experience allows me to help you find practical solutions that work for you and your family, with an attachment-focus that respects both mom and babe.
Baby-Led Sleep Coaching
Here’s the knowledge gap: normal infant sleep. Many parents face sleep challenges that can have a huge impact on the well-being of the entire family. I offer 1:1 support that helps you to validate your instincts without resorting to the use of traditional sleep training. Together, we address factors that may be impacting your child’s ability to sleep, explore developmentally appropriate expectations for sleep, and shift current patterns to ones that work better for your family. We co-create a plan tailored to your specific situation that supports attachment and cultivating connection. This approach encourages you to keep the pieces of your sleep routine that you love, while gaining support as you make changes to the pieces that no longer work for you and your family.
